At last there seems to be some clarity on what we can and can’t do. We sincerely hope you have managed to keep safe, & healthy
Moving forward, in the short term we will not be able to offer a completely unrestricted stay but I’m sure you, like many will be just welcoming a change of scenery
Our on-line booking system is operational should you wish to make a reservation.
Under current government restrictions our pool and gym area remain currently remain closed. We will monitor Welsh Government instructions and open these facilities as and when we consider it safe to do so.
We have been operating a pre-order system for breakfast along with allotted times. The dining room is now open subject to social distancing and again we are trying to spread the bookings as best we can. The terraces are also available for al fresco dining with probably the best views in the area.
We will ask all guests to complete an online check in system and require all guests to be in good health and absent of any Coronavirus symptoms.
Any new bookings made for arrivals until 30th September 2020, can be changed or cancelled without charge up to 48 hours prior to arrival. If we are forced to close/partially close due to enhanced Government restrictions, due to COVID-19 bookings can be transferred or cancelled at no charge.
All guests we will need to practice social distancing, with other guests and our team members. Cleaning & Hygiene Cleanliness and hygiene is always a priority for us. We have fitted sanitation stations throughout the hotel and encourage guests to use them throughout their stay. Touch points in communal areas will be cleaned regularly by team members. To reduce contact, we have also reduced room housekeeping. We will only service rooms for guests staying multiple nights on request - Please be aware the room must be vacated and windows open for at least 1hr

All gift vouchers that were due to expire in April, May, June & July have automatically been extended by 6 months. All gift vouchers due to expire August, September and October will be extended by a further 3 months.
